Chez Vous is an "at home" catering company run from Bishops Stortford by experiencedFresh salads served in your home professional cook, Patricia Stephens. Patricia is committed to serving best quality freshly produced food, sourced locally wherever possible, and who will give you a high standard of personal service with meals cooked in your own home, whatever your entertaining requirements may be.

Chez Vous will ensure that your needs, from home cooking for busy households to formal dining, barbeques, canapés and buffets to a four course menu for twenty guests, will be served in a style to enhance your occasion.

Chez Vous does not have set menus or lists of dishes as each occasion is created for you after discussing the type of event you are planning and your personal taste and wishes for the occasion. The menus are therefore priced accordingly.

Fresh herbs to enhance the tasteOn the day, Chez Vous can provide waitresses to ensure you can completely relax and enjoy the occasion with your guests and will not only prepare and cook your menu but will look after the washing up and take the rubbish out to complete the comfort of the occasion for you.

BookingFresh Fruit

Please book a minimum of ten days in advance of your occasion to enable Patricia to consult with you and deliver your requirements to the very highest standard.

Guests

A minimum of two can be catered for and for formal dining to ensure a top quality service, the maximum is twenty. Depending on your requirements for bookings of more than ten guests additional staff may be required, by arrangement.

Greater numbers can be catered for BBQ’s and informal functions.

Prices

As your menu will be personally tailored to your requirements, an individually priced menu will be produced for your party based on a charge for the food per guest. A deposit related to the expense of the chosen menu will be requested on booking.
